2. How much notice do I need to give for a booking? You can book at anytime, however we always advise to book well in advance to ensure that you secure your inflatable.
All bouncy castle booking prices include delivery, set-up and collection of the inflatable equipment. You will receive everything needed to inflate the castle and have a fantastic fun filled day, equipment includes your chosen inflatable, a blower, extension cable, safety mats and sandbags or pegs. No Hidden extra charges. Please note if your postcode falls outside Colwyn Bay area there may be a Delivery charge.
Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round including Bank Holidays.

Yes, overnight hire does carry an additional charge, simply mention it to us when ordering or add it to your online booking.
We'll need a 20% deposit to secure your booking and we ask that the final balance is paid on collection or close to the booking date. We normally send an invoice with a payment button attached for this which allows you to pay online. If you prefer we're also happy to take cash.If you fail to ensure you have the adequate size for your inflatable you are liable to pay 50% of the booking value.
If you wish to cancel your booking, we must be advised by telephone or email at least 14 days before the hire otherwise 50% of the full balance would have to be paid. Deposits Can be used towards a future booking if over 14 days notice has been given.If you wish to cancel with under 7 days left to your booking date, 100% of the booking value must be paid.If Bouncy Mania cancels your booking due to high winds then a full refund will be given.
Our equipment has been designed for use in indoor and outdoor conditions. However when it gets wet the equipment may become slippery and therefore increase the possibility of injury to users. In such cases the equipment should NOT be used. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if the weather conditions are such that it is considered unsafe. When there are high winds or bad weather then the equipment should be deflated and covered over with a tarpaulin sheet. The industry recommends a maximum wind speed of Force 5 on the Beaufort scale of 19-24 mph. In the event of wind conditions reaching Force 5 (19-24 mph) all users must leave the inflatable and all electrical equipment must be turned off from the mains, by a responsible adult.
Please make sure obstructions such as all dog do-do's, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc are removed before the castle arrives. At busy times we may be unable to wait for the area to be cleared due to other hires and events.
We are fully insured for £5 million public liability. Please email if you wish to be provided with a copy.
Yes if equipment is over a year old, however any items that are under a year old are covered under Manufacturers warranty and therefore will not be PAT tested.
The average bouncy castle takes approximately 20 minutes to set up and about the same to pack away. Please note that larger inflatables will take slightly longer.
Make sure everyone gets off the inflatable immediately then check that the blower hasn’t detached from the inflatable & make sure everything is plugged in to the electrics.
